CANTALOUPE CREAMSICLE POPS
Makes 1 Smoothie + 8 ring pops
¼ Cantaloupe (about 1 cup chunks or melon balls)
1 Orange, juice
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 C Vanilla Yogurt
SCOOP out seeds and pulp from cantaloupe center. USE melon baller to scoop out flesh of melon.
SQUEEZE juice from orange into glass bowl or large measuring vessel.
ADD cantaloupe, vanilla and yogurt.
BLEND with immersion blender until super smooth.
POUR into ring pop mold* and freeze overnight. POUR remaining mixture into cup and enjoy immediately.
