Sometimes, you just need a plate of french fries.  And sometimes, I just need to let the grocery store help me with these pre-cut crinkle beauties.  It doesn’t take long to bake them with some oil and spices to have a really beautiful plate of fries…I don’t even like sweet potatoes and I gobble these down.  Easy baked french fry recipe:

  1. OIL & SPICES: On a rimmed baking sheet, toss 1 package of pre-cut sweet potato fries with 2 TBSP olive oil, 1/2 TBSP garlic powder (or granules), 1/2 T onion powder (or granules), 1 1/2 tsp cumin, plus salt and pepper to taste. Spread out to singe even layer.
  2. BAKE: In a 450 degree oven, bake fries for 15 minutes, carefully open oven and give fries a toss around, then bake another 10-12 minutes until slightly browning, soft on inside and crisping on edges.
